Cavuto on Business
Neil Cavuto was blaming the Democrats for the oil problem. He said they had done nothing for the past two years, meaning since the Demos controlled Congress. Ok, who do we blame for the first five years of the Bush administration? Republicans controlled Congress during that period. He said the Demos were “copping” out.
Cavuto had four guest; finally one of them, Pat somebody, said “Look, if you want to blame somebody for the oil problem, get a mirror out. There’s plenty of blame to go around”. This kind of quitted Cavuto down, and the one other guest that was shouting “Go Fox”. She went on to imply she and two of the others were there to actually discuss the oil problem, not enter into a Democratic bashing party. Later, when talking about where people should put there money, she said that they should not have more than 5% in company stock because another Enron was just around the corner. Cavuto didn’t like that. I guess Pat won’t be invited back to Fox.

Cavuto on Business
Cavuto was saying that Bush was taxing the rich too much. He was echoed by his guest Steve Forbes. Forbes went on to say “lower taxes, collect more money”. Huh? Another guest suggested that continual lowering of taxes would eventually end up with no money to spend. Naturally, Forbes was suggesting that by lowering taxes for the rich there would be more spending by the rich which would increase taxes. These guys will never give up on that idea even though the documented evidence says that hasn’t worked for the past 30 years.
Another Fox supporter guest said outright that the stock market had doubled since 2002. Quinton somebody, not a Fox puppeteer, asked which stock market he was referring too; some unknown foreign stock market? This same guest suggested that Congressional pork was the cause of the heavy debt and annual deficient we had. Huh? Cavuto and his supporters kept quoting lies like these and laughing at Quinton because he had this confused look on his face. Cavuto and his other Fox cronies don’t even care anymore that everyone knows that they are spewing out lies in favor of their agenda.

Cashin’ In
The question was asked by the host “Is Huckabee proving money can’t buy the election”? My opinion is no, he isn’t; his voters are proving that they’ve had enough of money buying an election. Then one of the guest made a comparison to Howard Dean winning early in 2003 campaign, then basically dying out early after Christmas, suggesting the same thing could happen to Huckabee. That statement about Dean brought on some “Yahoo’s” from the program host. Then Steve Forbes suggested that Huckabee’s message was changing more toward a pro-wall street, pro-oil, and pro-business because he, Huckabee, needs more money for his campaign.

Terry Keenan suggested that “Oprah won Iowa for Obama”. One guest agreed with her. The others were saying that Obama doesn’t need Oprah to win, he is capable of winning on his own with the message he was carrying. Keenan was suggesting that Obama couldn’t win without an Oprah support. Fox knows that Oprah hurt Obama and they want Obama to win because they feel that whoever wins the Republican nomination, they can beat Obama.

It’s not brand new news that Fox News has lured Bill Hammer away from CNN, but Hammer does indeed now work for Fox News. I have reserved my opinion about this until now because I wanted to wait and see if Hammer changed as a result of be a Fox News reporter, and, in my opinion, he has not. This tells me that Rupert Murdoch knows their reputation of being a biased extremist Republican Party network is well known now, and they are trying to distract from that fact. Hammer is probably just a first move in that effort. Bill Hammer is not a controversial reporter, and he has always come across as being his own man, unlike all of the other Fox News reporters and loud mouths. Unfortunately for Hammer, this will not work for Fox, and just as soon as they realize that they have already crapped in their mess kit, Hammer will most likely be released. It will be extremely interesting when a couple of Fox people leave them and speak out about the policies within Rupert Murdoch organizations. However, I would imagine that they had to sign a very stringent contact before coming on board, and that contract has some very strong financial penalties for anyone speaking out against them.

Arguably the biggest idiot on television today, baring Rush Limbaugh, is Bill O’Rielly. He continues to prove that he actually believes everyone on earth is beneath him, and the entire world should be bowing down to him. His latest example of this child-like arrogance came at a function for Barak Obama when O’Reilly attempted to force Obama’s staffer and the secret service out of the way so he could get to Obama. Naturally, the idiot has Fox News at his disposal so he can twist, spin, or outright lie (which ever he wants to call it) about what happened and what was said. Just another example of Rupert Murdoch’s henchmen. Read one report on this here.

Chris Wallace interviewed Terry McAuliffe today. McAuliffe is Hillary Clinton’s campaign fund raiser. Wallace suggested to McAuliffe that the campaign was in financial trouble. McAuliffe responded by saying that he really liked it when other people pretend to know more about the finances of the Clinton campaign than he did, then he went on to discuss the finances in detail. He ended this by say in a light hearted tone, “So don’t worry about Hillary Clinton’s finances”, in which Wallace replied with emphatic sarcasm, “I never worry about Clinton’s finances, or any other thing about her”. Mike Wallace, Chris Wallace’s father, must be very proud of him.

Fox News knows why Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire yesterday; it was the “tears” thing. With their crystal ball, they know who voted for Clinton and why they voted for her. I know they know that, because I saw the crystal ball sitting on the coffee table in front of the 3 stooges this morning. This ball allows them to conjure up every Clinton voter and look into their sole. The rest of the news media needs to get them one of those balls.

Fox is now defending Signa Healthcare for letting Nataline Sarkisyan die without honoring their insurance obligation. Fox’s defense is based on a report published by doctors that were hired by Signa Healthcare to investigate whether or not Nataline would have been helped by the transplant. Of course, this is Fox’s policy along with their Republican friends; hire the fox to guard the hen house.
